My work is grounded in ecology and employs spatial and physical constructions to question the boundaries between built and natural environments as a territory for design. My experience covers many extremes, from analog hands-on craft such as clay, glass, bronze, wood, etc.  to computation, biology lab studies, and performances. I am especially interested in the broad and unique historical precedents set by cultures.
