Victor Valera’s work is an expression motivated by a serious study in a new field that, only a few years ago, appeared to be utopic. A field of wide horizons that adapts itself to his restless and highly stylistic spirit, as opposed to marble, stone or wood where the artist takes away the material that he thinks must be eliminated from the mass to create his work. Iron sculpture is additive and cannot be foreseen.

La obra de Victor Valera es fruto deun fuerte sentido de búsqueda en un campo nuevo, que solamente hace unas décadas hubiera parecido utópico. Un campo propio de amplitud que se adapta a su espírtu inquieto y altamente estilistico.
Contrariamente a la escultura en mármol, piedra, o madera donde el artista, restando gradualmente la materia sobrante de una masa inerte, deja al descubierto la obra visualizada, la escultura del hierro es aditiva y no previsible.
