In this charming book the artistic inclination of Maria Elena Lavie at an early age is related. She decided to devote her talent to drawing, studying under Pedro Centeno, later in the Escuela de Artes Plasticas with Marcos Castillo, Miguel Arroyo and Francisco Narvaez, completing her studies in Florence and Paris. Her art has been on display in numerous salons, later in the Manuel Bernheim Gallery where the international art critic Gaston Diehl saw her work and decided to write the text of this book.
